Além disso, a Polícia Civil também não autoriza registros online de alguns tipos de ocorrências, a depender de cada estado, dentre elas:

  • Estupro;
  • Homicídio;
  • Latrocínio, ou seja, crime de roubo seguido de morte;
  • Envolvendo arma de fogo, munições e explosivos.

Nos casos acima, a vítima deve procurar a delegacia e registrar a ocorrência pessoalmente.
